The Manhattan Belle

Well, Christmas is over and winter is here! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! I am having a great time at home in Alabama with my family, and mentally preparing myself for the NYC 12 degree temperatures when I return. I don’t know that this Bama girl will ever get used to the NYC winters!

Now for the outfit: This faux fur coat from Free People is so warm, and a great alternative when I don’t feel like wearing a puffer coat. I’ve had this one for a few years, and it has been well loved. I also love the faux fur coat I linked below from this season! Now, let’s talk about chenille sweaters… I might have a slight obsession with them this winter. I love the texture of these sweaters, and they are nice, and warm, and cozy! I literally feel like I am wearing a blanket (in the best way possible!). Now, the bottom half of this outfit has been featured on the blog before (Meet the Belle, Leather the Weather). It is important to take pieces you love and style them in different ways. You will always feel like you are wearing something new! Love that these olive green jeans are so neutral and these booties are everything. They seriously elevate this outfit. The tassel earrings are super trendy right now, and a fun way to add some sass to any outfit!

I am so excited to have created The Manhattan Belle in 2017 and cannot wait to see what 2018 will bring! Thank you all for following me on this journey. I hope you all have a great New Year!
